No Good Culture in Dating

There's no culture of good in relationships. At least in Manga the good guys have superpowers and a clean soul. What bothers me about good vs evil in dating media is it's ALWAYS about the evil. It's always about sin, impure, guilt, suffering, tragedy, negative, monster, crime, punishment, fear, threat, injustice, warnings, judgement. Dating stories glorify dysfunction, drama, toxic partners, heartbreak. Healthy love lacks spotlight.

Evil Dominates Dating Shows

In tv and movies, you'll get to see demons, from human to supernatural, twisted variations, each more interesting. Sometimes a hero with troubled soul. Angels, pastors fighting their demons—they dont incarnate "good", just oppose evil. God as boring dude with no clue. They are not good because good, but defined against evil. Evil has lights, effects, powers, sexiness, self. Dating rom-coms romanticize bad boys, heartbreak, redemption arcs. Pure love stories bore audiences.

Shades of Wicked Relationships

Then shows like Mad Men, House, Big Bang Theory, Rescue me—all shades of wicked, jaded, broken, dysfunction. Dont get me started on mainstream "news" about scandals, cheating, divorce drama. There's no culture of good relationships. Media pushes toxic, addictive narratives. Healthy couples, mutual respect, steady joy get no airtime. Dating advice focuses on fixing chaos, not building bliss. Culture starves for positive examples.

Seek Good Dating Models

The reason there's no progress towards good dating is no one looks that way. Media profits from misery, conflict sells. In Manga good guys shine with power, soul. We need dating stories celebrating virtue, strength, harmony. Seek real models of thriving relationships. Build culture of good love yourself. Reject evil's allure. Progress starts when eyes turn to light, not shadow.
